New SPP Office Building
A new six storey office building with underground car parking for 196 cars is designed with emphasis on functionality.
Predominant spaces within the building are offices. A gallery and a client centre are located on the ground floor. There is also a congress centre for 200 people and a creche for children of the employees.
It is one of the most modern office buildings in Bratislava where new technologies, double external facade and the best materials were used in order to follow the current best practice in office building design and construction.
