Kasárne Residence

In the heart of the town of Modra, we are currently carrying out a complete refurbishment of one of the historical buildings.

The aim of this project is the total renovation of a bourgeois house. After the reconstruction, an area of over 1400 m2 will be added. This space is primarily designated for residential purposes, offering future owners modern living spaces with a historical ambiance, located right in the center of Modra.
